FOOTPRINTS IN THE SNOW- WHERE DID MY BABY GO!
This morning left me with a huge lump in my throat and a pang in my stomach!
We woke up to a light snow on the ground and, after waving my 13 year old daughter Isabelle off to school I got ready to take Max, my just turned 11 year old son, to school in the car.
Our steep front path was quite icy so Max and I both walked down on the grass to avoid slipping.
We enjoyed our usual car journey together and its part of the morning I love, one on one time with my little boy discussing what lessons he has that day and him moaning about how much homework he gets! On my drive home I usually reflect on my day ahead and plans for the kids for the week amongst the other things buzzing round…
