After a few weeks of feeling a little overwhelmed, down and just not quite myself – I realised I needed to take a step back and really think about my priorities more. Luckily I now have 3 weeks off work to enjoy less stressful days of not constantly looking at my watch and also a little time to wind down at the end of my days. I’m always an advocate for self care but the hardest part of that is always practising what I preach. A little sunshine, a little self care, recharging my batteries and some time with Tony, Isabelle & Max  and already I feel so much more in tune with myself and everyone else.
